Program Overview

In kindergarten, we use a low teacher-to-child ratio to ensure that each student is getting the special attention they need. Areas of focus include:

Varied learning

We focus on science and math, music and movement, outdoor play, group time, learning centers, language focus (French), breakfast/lunch/snack times, story time, and rest time.

Kindergarten readiness

Kids learn how to collaborate and the initial stages of embracing a more structured school environment.

Self-directed, teacher-directed and group learning

Kids participate in self-directed investigations, small group work, and teacher-directed assignments/activities.

Learning to be responsible

We teach kids about lifelong habits like citizenship and social responsibility

This ensures that our children enter the K-12 space with a strong foundation in language, literacy, early mathematics concepts, scientific inquiry, and social-emotional learning. The curriculum is offered up through prekindergarten and aligns with the national K-12 curriculum.
