My son has been going here since January and I have to say, this place is great! The teachers are kind and understanding, they're so good with allergies, and their updates are great! The admin staff are also very kind and really help the parents out if needed!

As a first time mom, everything is scary- especially dropping your baby off at daycare for the first time. We toured all the local daycares and landed on LTA based off of the facilities, communication brightwheel app and process / guidelines. The first day of drop off within 30 min there was a photo update of our girl in the all smily and happy and knew we made the right choice. 3 months in we are so happy with the choice and our baby girl seems excited to go every morning. The staff is very personable and caring and seem to always know what’s going on where; and GREAT at communicating. They have theme weeks, and do lots of exploratory crafts and activities to keep our girl busy We are happy to have found LTA!

The process of signing my son up was incredibly easy. The staff are so willing to accommodate (as much as they can), answer all questions, are friendly and patient. I was so nervous my son was going to have a hard time adjusting but turns out he had a blast his first day there! The class rooms are very clean and the teachers are so wonderful at updating parents throughout the day. I wish I could give this place more stars

If I could give 10 stars I would. My daughter started this past summer and she absolutely loves it. The teachers are all great, the admin staff will answer any question you have and they’ve always taken amazing care of my daughter. They post multiple photos a day, and log diapers/food throughout the day. We will be so sad to leave someday when we PCS!

We've been sending our 2 kids here for about a month now and our experience has been great! The facility is clean, well thought out and brand new inside. It has a consistent, fun theme throughout including murals on the walls which give it a fun and playful vibe.

The staff have all been friendly and professional and seem to be great with our kids. Our 3 year old loves her teacher and our 5 month old has been napping much better at home since starting here. It seems like they have tried to hire people with experience so hopefully that leads to lower turnover than we've seen in a previous daycare. One of the biggest contrasts from our last daycare is the communication. They use the Brightwheel app which allows us to get updates on how the kids day is going. The staff are very good about keeping this updated, which we appreciate. They also send out announcements and it's been quick and easy to get in contact with someone for anything we need.

The owner Pam who we met during our initial tour has been very responsive to all of our questions before and after we enrolled. You can tell this is her passion and she puts her heart into the business. We would have normally been hesitant about sending our kids to a brand new facility with all new staff, but Pam made us feel at ease and the reviews for their other center in Mount Laurel were excellent. I think we made the right decision.
Update: since they let the director, the place went downhill. Had many issues and my son was treated differently because I spoke up. The app was a plus side and few good teachers left.

My son has been going here since October. He loves his teachers, has fun with other kids, and definitely learns more than myself and his father could teach him. The owner, Pam, the director Devon, and the assistant director Tina make my son feel like family. The brightwheel app is amazing and the photos posted on there makes me happy when I am missing my son throughout the day!

Meet Our Director, Tina Harman

Hello, my name is Tina, and I am the Director here at LTA.

Where do I start?

I began my career working with children after making a shift from the corporate world, accepting a position as an assistant in the public school system. After four years in that role, I was offered a director position at a childcare facility—and the rest is history.

For the past 22 years, I have managed four childcare facilities, and it still feels as exciting as my very first day in this career.

Being surrounded by little ones each day is more rewarding than I could have imagined. Knowing I’ve played a part in shaping their early growth and development is truly fulfilling.
