As a teacher who travels to many daycare in the area I like this facility and how happy my grandson is during the day. I love that he gets to play outside in an area built for the little ones. Other daycare only have buggy rides around the parking lot. Trish the director's door is always open and available with many helpful suggestions. The teacher's are continously given support and idea's with fun activity.

My oldest (2 and a half) has been attending here since she was 5 months old. My second started at 4 months. The last two years have been amazing. The staff has been great. Compassionate, understanding and overall sweet. I couldn’t be happier that my two little ones attended a school that not only cares for them but enjoys seeing them and makes them comfortable.

My son has been going to Applehill Academy in Howell for 2 years. He loves going to see his friends, his teachers and learn! I am so fond of the way Miss Heather leads her staff and spends time with the kids. Everyone there is always cheerful and excited to see us. I love the switch to Kids and Company as well. The app is awesome and I am always up to date on what my son is doing on a hourly basis. We are definitely an Applehill family!

My daughter has been going to Apple Hill for about a year now. The staff is so friendly and they really seem to know each parent/guardian. My daughter loves going, and often runs away from me during pick up to go back to playing and learning with her friends. She has become so talkative and social throughout her time there. We would highly recommend!

Apple Hill Academy has been amazing for my 3 year old son. After our previous preschool closed unexpectedly, Jill the owner of AHA was so helpful and welcoming and made my sons transition so seem less. He loves going to “the green school” and has been showing great improvements in both his language skills and imagination and creativity since starting. We get daily pictures and curriculum sheets as well as monthly calendars to keep us well informed which as a parent helps us to continue his education at home. I’m so glad we chose Apple Hill Academy for our son.

My husband and I spent a decent amount of time doing research as to where to send our three year old and we decided to go with Apple Hill Academy in Howell.

It’s been about 4 months now and we are very happy with our decision. We were initially worried as this was our Son first structured classroom setting , but he loves it!

My Husband and I really like the daily email the school sends detailing what the children learned. It helps us continue the education at home and initiate conversations with him.

Everyone has been very friendly and pleasant to speak with. We like the open communication so we know what’s going on.

Certainly happy with our decision and our son is happy as well.

My 2 year old son has been enrolled in Apple Hill Academy for the past 5 months, and he has done so well! I am impressed with the great teachers, the clean and safe environment, and all of the activities that are provided for the children. Every day he comes home with new arts and crafts, and is learning so many new things! He adores his teacher, Ms. Beth and she is always so excited to see him every morning. Ms. Jill has been more than accommodating to all of my needs. I definitely recommend Apple Hill!

Tricia L. is the Center Director and brings over 25 years of teaching experience. She is certified for grades K through 8 and has spent the past decade raising her two boys while supporting young learners in the classroom. Tricia loves helping children discover new things and watching them grow throughout the year. She believes in creating a nurturing, supportive environment where every child can thrive. Outside of work, Tricia enjoys reading, playing the piano, walking or running, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
