Tyke Town St. Peters

8368 Mexico Rd. St. Peters, MO 63376
My four year old started here from a different school at the end of August and he has made great progress towards Kindergarten readiness since starting. The teachers and directors are all fantastic and take the time to discuss any special accommodations that he requires with his ASD diagnosis. They also work with the local school district to ensure is IEP is taken into consideration, and his speech therapist is able to come weekly to work with him one on one.
Tasha the director ,and the infant/one year old teachers are awesome !
Have been customers here for several months. Staff are nice, place is clean, healthy meals and snacks are provided. Overall, pretty happy with this daycare.
Our kids have been there just over a year now and they have really grown intellectually and socially. They love going every day and I trust the teachers. The facility is always clean and teachers are very friendly and you can tell they absolutely love their job and being around little kids.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor organization with not only the daycare but as well with the corporate office. My daughter was termed from this establishment due to the lack of the communication between the corporate office and the daycare. She previously attended the LSL location and had some behavioral issues and when I went to sign her up at the St Peter’s location after telling the assistant director she previously attended the LSL I received a phone call at work telling me that she was no longer able to attend any Kids and Company preschool. This was never communicated to me when I originally signed my daughter up. Not only did they tell me this after the fact but they refused to reimburse the weekly tuition when they only provided care to my daughter for two days. When I reached out to Tyke Town and spoke with Kelly the director she explained that I would have to contact the corporate office and that I would not be receiving any sort of refund. I did reach out the corporate office with no response. This was a very unfortunate event for my family. I couldn’t take my child back to receive care due to the negligence of the leadership and corporate office but I was also unable to receive any refund due to them not caring for my child. This was an overall horrible experience for me and my child due to poor business practices with Kids and Company along with Tyke Town. I am paying for their communication error and it’s not fair to us.
