My son Derrick started school here in August when he was 14 months. It has been almost 3 months and he loves it! They are all so sweet and seem to really care about my baby. He learns and interacts with children his age! Which is important because he is a Covid baby that did not get a chance to socialize the 1st 14 months of his life! I recommend this facility 100%

My son has been enrolled in ABC daycare for roughly 3 months and he has received excellent care. Initially my husband and I were very nervous enrolling him into daycare because he stayed home with us for 16 months and we were frightened about COVID, however ABC made us feel so comfortable with allowing us to call throughout the day to check on our son. It did not take our son long to adapt and not cry during drop off which reassured us that he is being treated appropriately. Regarding COVID guidelines, this daycare has been extremely responsible in keeping children safe, requiring masking of all guardians dropping off children and teachers in the center. This honestly gave my husband and I an extra layer of comfort. If you are in the area and looking for professional and quality daycare services I highly recommend this establishment.

My son has gone to ABC daycare since he was 4 months old (he is now 3.5 years old). I switched from a horrible in-home daycare after just one month to this reliable, safe, and caring center at ABC on Hwy K. His teachers through the years have always been so willing to talk to me and listen to any thoughts/concerns I have, but first and foremost, they love my son like their own! I know he is in great hands with this staff, including the amazing Director and Assistant Director. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation on a daycare in Saint Charles County, ABC’s multiple locations are always my top choice! Keep up the good work. 🙂

My son has attended ABC since he was 2. He is now almost 6 and our experience at ABC has been amazing! He has learned and grown so much, and I am confident that he is more than ready to go into kindergarten. He has loved everyone of his teachers and has truly blossomed. The location and hours are perfect for this single, full-time working mom. I also love how friendly the teachers and directors are and I will miss talking their ears off when he goes to kindergarten. I highly recommend ABC O’Fallon

Quick edit to respond to the center's response to this review- of course, they don't have record of our family, as Im sure it would be difficult to pull records based on a first name from a Google user. When businesses start review responses that way, I assume the goal is a quick attempt to discredit the reviewer. Rest assured, my child attended this center.

Our daughter went there two years ago. I honestly didn't like it. I would often see the director or other teachers scream at children, mainly the older ones. The younger rooms are all only separated by a pony wall, so my newborn was sick a lot (not always something you can help though), but that pony wall made it hard for the younger infants to sleep or be shielded from the others. The front bathroom is right there in the open, so right when you walk in, it smelled of feces, and I would often see undressed children in the bathroom with the doors open with a teacher using the facilities while parents are coming and going. I really didn't like that. Our very first payment I was told I set up autopay, and I gave them the form, but I guess they didn't input the info into their system, so I received a threatening letter demanding payment when it was their mistake. No apology. Some of the individual teachers were wonderful, though, but a facility, in my opinion, is only as good as its weakest staff member, not it's best, sadly. Overall, was my child unsafe being there? Probably not, but I would never consider sending her to an ABC after our experience.
