Pine Village Preschool West Newton, Massachusetts – Child Care Center

We were part of this incredible school community for eight years, and saying goodbye has been truly bittersweet. This Spanish immersion preschool consistently went above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for our children. The staff are caring, creative, and deeply committed—not just to language development, but to cultivating curiosity, kindness, and confidence in every child.

The learning activities are imaginative and unforgettable—our kids loved everything from the glow-in-the-dark gallery night to the end-of-year farm day, complete with cow milking and pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey! The emphasis on Spanish immersion is strong and meaningful, woven into every part of the day. We also appreciated the healthy lunches and snacks, which felt like such a thoughtful bonus.

We’re so grateful for everything this school gave our family. It truly became a second home. Highly recommend to any family looking for a preschool filled with heart, creativity, and purpose.

They're an excellent Preschool. Our 3 kids have attended here. Our oldest is in first grade now and graduated from there. We have two in there currently. The teachers are so caring. They're good communicators. They have a good curriculum. You get a lot of pictures during the day. We are confident with our kids being safe there. Highly recommended.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the care my child received at Pine Village. My child has specific health needs, for which we provided the daycare with a comprehensive folder containing detailed medical documentation from doctors. This folder was intended to ensure my child's safety and well-being while in their care.
To our dismay, this crucial medical folder was inexplicably lost by Pine Village. As a direct result, my child's health and comfort were consistently compromised. It became clear that the staff was not aware of or attentive to my child's specific needs, despite us providing thorough information.
Entrusting Pine Village with the care of my child, especially given their health challenges, turned out to be a complete waste of both our money and time. The lack of responsibility in handling vital medical information and the subsequent impact on my child's well-being is unacceptable.
I strongly advise other parents, especially those with children who have health concerns, to seriously reconsider entrusting Pine Village with their care. Our experience suggests a significant lack of organization and a failure to prioritize the health and comfort of the children in their care.
