Meet Our Director, Joana A

Joana A is the Center Director at Pine Village by Inspire with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. Originally from the Azores, Joana is a proud mom of three and holds a bachelor’s degree in education with a minor in Spanish. She has been part of the Pine Village family for over a decade, drawn back by her deep passion for the field. “I’ve wanted to be an educator since I was little—it’s in my heart.” Joana loves being a hands-on leader, whether she’s in the classroom crafting with children or mentoring her team. She believes in the power of play, discovery, and creating joyful learning moments. Her mission is to help children thrive—and have fun doing it.
