My son has been at Pine Village for a little while now, and we truly love it! The teachers are so sweet, the parents are kind, and the whole environment feels warm and caring. I also love that everyone speaks Spanish it helps him to stay connected to both languages.

The teachers were VERY good and dedicated, but we feel that the administration board was very selfish into they TOO OBIVIOUS lucrative goal. We felt that there is no place for compassion, for compromise or for support, but only place for PROFIT. We are very disappointed about this preschool, leaving it with bitterness.

We do not recommend Pine Village Preschool Revere to families seeking a diverse, inclusive, and anti-racist environment. As former parents, we are deeply disturbed by the school’s handling of racial bullying reported by multiple families of color. Despite serious concerns—including children being targeted for their skin tone and native language—administrators minimized the harm done, delayed action, and failed to implement meaningful solutions. A particularly troubling response included an inappropriate classroom activity meant to address race, revealing a lack of training and awareness. The school also demonstrated a lack of transparency around disciplinary practices. We ultimately withdrew our daughter due to these ongoing issues. No child should experience trauma where they should feel safe, and no parent should have to fight for their child’s dignity to be protected.

Meet Our Director, Sarvia A

Sarvia A is the Director of Pine village JP Revere location. Originally from El Salvador, Sarvia brings over 15 years of experience in education, with degrees in both elementary and early childhood education. Her journey has included teaching preschool, coaching children in sports, and even supporting adult literacy through El Salvador’s EDUCAME program. Sarvia joined Pine Village in 2013 and most recently served as Assistant Director at JP South Street. “Children are my greatest motivation—I love helping them learn, grow, and reach their dreams.” Fluent in Spanish and deeply passionate about community, Sarvia leads with heart, humility, and joy.

She looks forward to building strong relationships with families and continuing to support the educational journey of every child.
