Staff Qualifications and Experience
What kind of experience and training does your staff have?
Our early childhood educators are all state-approved, credentialed, and certified teachers, many with advanced degrees. Many come to us with years of experience in a public and private setting because they enjoy our smaller class sizes. It gives them greater freedom in teaching and the ability to truly meet the needs of their students.
Do you provide ongoing training and development for your staff?
Our teachers receive ongoing professional development (20+ hours/year of training) to stay current on new learning trends, classroom management techniques, special education topics, health and safety issues, and much more. All educators are certified in first aid, CPR, and are epi-pen trained.
Policies and Procedures
What security measures do you have?
At Inspire Early Education, the safety and security of our students is our top priority. Our facilities include building security and access, security cameras, locked doors, key FOBs, as well as childproof locks and knobs, classroom safety measures and transportation safety.
In addition, staff members have first aid and CPR training as well as safety and security skills. They also receive ongoing specific training in curriculum development and issues related to back-up care.
Safety is our priority, and our schools take various steps to ensure parents have unique identifiers for child pick up.
