Your back-up care benefit
As part of your employee benefits, you receive:
Priority access to all Inspire Early Education centers
Full-day programs from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (extended hours available at select locations)
Nutritious meals and snacks every day
Engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Booking is easy. Just follow these steps:
- Fill out the form or call our backup care concierge at 1 (855) 260-1378. Be sure to mention you’re using your back-up care benefit.
- Share your child’s name, date of birth, preferred date and location and any special considerations.
- We’ll confirm your booking and send you everything you need for drop-off.
What to expect on your back-up care day
Drop-off
Bring your child to the confirmed Inspire center at your scheduled time.
What to bring
A change of clothes, any comfort items and any required medications.
Daily updates
You’ll receive digital reports on meals, naps and activities.
Meals and snacks
Provided daily at no extra cost, with healthy, kid-friendly options.
